This is the only seafood seasoning you will ever need. Not kidding. It’s the perfect all-purpose seasoning to use on any piece of seafood and for almost any cooking method imaginable!
Sea bass, flounder, shrimp, mahi-mahi, cobia, swordfish, rockfish, scallops, lobster, you name it! I love being able to just grab a delicious seasoning out of my pantry and know that that’s all I need to make a meal delicious and special. I’ve just never found a seafood seasoning that did that for me! So I knew I had to make one.
This recipe couldn’t be easier to make. It just takes about 3 minutes to measure everything out and throw it in a jar! That’s it! And you can use it for all of you delicious seafood meals. But why stop with seafood?? I bet this would also be amazing on chicken, veggies, or even popcorn!
This seasoning can also be packaged up and given as a gift to your favorite seafood lover or the hostess of your next dinner party! It would be so great in a little gift basket with a nice bottle of sauvignon blanc. Just sayin’!
Okay, I totally lied when I said this was the only seafood seasoning you’ll ever need. While this is the best all-purpose seasoning, you definitely also need a good cajun/creole seasoning and a blackening seasoning in your seafood-cooking repertoire.
