Lemon Gingerade

Ingredients
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 oz ginger peeled (approx. 1" knob)
- 15 drops liquid stevia
- 2 cups cold filtered water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients on high in a high-powered blender.
- Strain juice through a fine mesh strainer.
- Serve plain or over ice.
