Skinny Cucumber Margaritas (150 calories)

I LOVE a good margarita. I like them with fresh lime juice, a little orange juice, quality 100% agave tequila, and no refined sugar. Fresh and healthy. Well, healthy for a cocktail 😉
In the afternoons I love to make a big green juice as a pick-me-up. I usually turn to my favorite Lazy Girl Green Juice. But on Fridays afternoons I’m usually torn between making a green juice and pouring a drink. Enter Skinny Cucumber Margaritas. Half green juice, half cocktail. Genius, I know. Now you can have the best of both worlds and each one is only 150 calories. I’ll drink to that!
All you need is a few fresh ingredients and a high-powered blender to whirl everything together! I use my trusty Vitamix, but I’ve also heard great things about the Blendtec blenders. My favorite brand of liquid stevia is Sweet Drops. It is high quality, very affordable, and the bottle lasts for months!
Cheers!

Mine was more mango colored than green! I used agave syrup instead of stevia, although I realize that raises the calories. And I rimmed my glass with tajin. It is wonderful!
