I like to use Fuji or Gala

club soda

drops liquid stevia

Instructions
Pour wine and brandy into a large glass pitcher.
Juice 10 blood oranges, 3 lemons, and 3 limes. Add the fruit juices to the pitcher.
Slice the remaining 2 oranges, 1 lemon, and 1 lime. Add the fruit slices to the pitcher.
Dice the apples and add to the pitcher.
Cover the top of the pitcher with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. I like to let mine sit for around 10 hours or even overnight.
When you're ready to serve, add in the club soda and stir to combine.
Time for the taste test! Add the stevia drops if you want a little more sweetness.
