These gluten free cheddar waffle biscuits are easy to throw together for a quick brunch, a side dish for dinner, and are perfect to freeze for busy weekday mornings!
Mix flour and yogurt together in a large bowl with a spoon (add 1/4 tsp garlic powder if you want some extra flavor).
Add in cheese and squeeze/knead until a dough forms.
Form into 8 balls.
Grease waffle iron, allow to reheat, then add dough to the waffle iron. Close the top and hold for 10 seconds. Allow to cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
