This simple recipe for baked chicken thighs couldn't be easier. Just about 5 minutes of hands-on time and 40 minutes of cook time to make the juiciest chicken thighs with crispy skin!

Ingredients
8chicken thighsbone-in and skin-on (approx. 3.5lb)
3Tbspsalted butter or gheecan sub olive oil for dairy free
1 ½tspfine sea salt
1tspgarlic powder
1tsppaprika*
1tspfreshly ground black pepper
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF (205ºC).
Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish while oven is preheating. Heat the butter until just melted.
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season evenly with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper on both sides.
Place chicken thighs in baking dish and brush the tops gently with some of the melted butter, taking care not to disturb the seasonings too much.
Bake on center rack for 40-45 minutes or until the centers reach 200ºF (93ºC).
Broil for 2-3 minutes to the crisp skin, if desired.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for spritzing.
