Notes
*4 tsp baking powder gives you the rise you need for egg-free baked goods like my epic 3-Ingredient Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Donuts! SO GOOD! This amount is also better in sweet applications like this donut recipe. If you're making something savory or something with egg, you may want to reduce to 2 tsp baking powder. I've found in savory baked goods, like my 2-Ingredient Gluten Free Biscuits, 4 tsp baking powder can leave a funny metallic aftertaste, so best to reduce to 2 tsp baking powder per 1 cup of flour.
