2lbscotton candy grapesfrozen
2Tbspfresh lemon juice
2Tbsphoney
Instructions
Add 2 lbs frozen grapes, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, and 2 Tbsp honey to a food processor or high-powered blender.
Blend on high until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides and bottom as needed.
Serve immediately or freeze for a harder consistency, if desired. Leftovers can be frozen in an air-tight container, but the sorbet will harden and needs to be set out to thaw some before consuming.
Notes
Pro tip: Freeze your serving dishes/bowls so that the sorbet doesn't begin to melt before you get a chance to serve it. And if you want you can also scoop out individual servings into serving dishes, place them on a sheet pan, then freeze until you're ready to serve. That way you're not scrambling to get the sorbet made, scooped out, and served before it begins to melt.
