Ingredients
1 1/2cupspacked225g blanched almond flour
1/4cup21g cacao powder
1/4cup59mL pure maple syrup (sub Lakanto maple flavored syrup for keto)
Eat right away or refrigerate for a firmer texture. I like to refrigerate them for about 30 minutes.
Store in an air-tight container under refrigeration for up to 1 week.
Notes
*For paleo, you will need to choose a naturally-sweetened chocolate like Hu Kitchen chocolate gems or unsweetened cacao nibs will also work! **If you want them to look like the ones in the pictures, make sure to save some of the chocolate chips (about 1-2 Tbsp) to decorate the outside.
