Healthy Pantry Staples

What’s in my pantry? I always make sure to keep my pantry stocked with lots of healthy staples for snacks and to use for healthy meals.

  1. Banza Pasta – I love this because it’s made from chickpeas and gluten free. Banza brand has a better taste and texture than other chickpea pastas I’ve tried. My favorite shape is cavatappi! It holds up well and is perfect for all sorts of dishes!

2. Rao’s Tomato Sauce – This sauce has such a delicious, clean flavor and is the perfect topping for my homemade Oatmeal Pizza Crust! It’s also Whole30 approved.

3. Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten Free Baking Flour – I use the ALL THE TIME! It’s perfect for pancakes, muffins, biscuits, cookies, and more!

4. King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour – I use this instead of my favorite Bob’s Red Mill blend when baked goods come out too gooey. For example, my Gluten Free Pumpkin Waffles turn out gooey with Bob’s, but perfect with King Arthur. Gluten free baking is always a lot of trial and error to see what works!

5. Simple Mills Crackers

6. Lesser Evil “No Cheese” Cheesiness Organic Popcorn – Yes, I buy the 12-pack. It’s that good!

7. EPIC Beef Jalapeño Protein Bar – They have all different flavors, but this is my personal favorite!

8. RxBar Blueberry Protein Bar

9. PlantFusion Vegan Protein Powder – Cookies and Cream flavor is the best! I love this dairy free protein powder because it is packed with nutrients and much more than just a source of protein. Check out the nutrition label and you’ll see what I mean! Great for pre- or post-workout! I use a dairy free protein powder instead of traditional whey protein to reduce inflammation in the body.

10. Chia Seeds – I mix them in with my protein shakes, mix into oatmeal, pancake batter, muffins, etc. It’s a great dietary supplement. It’s great for digestive health, can keep you full for longer, and a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids.

11. Full Fat Coconut Milk

12. Organic Raw Cashews – I always get raw because of the clean flavor. You can use them to make sauces, dips, and my 3-Minute Coconut Cashew Milk (SO GOOD!!).

13. Wild Soil Organic Raw Almonds – Literally THE BEST almonds I’ve ever tasted. Grown in wild soil and have 20% more protein than regular almonds!
