It’s 8pm. You’ve cleaned up from dinner. The kids are in bed. And you just HAVE to have a brownie. Or something. Anything with chocolate. But you’re a smart gal. You want to keep it healthy. But you also want something quick to throw together. And why not make it seasonal with some pumpkin spice. Girl, I know you like pumpkin spice.
Enter: no-bake PUMPKIN SPICE chocolate chip brownie bites. Yessssss. Everything you’ve been wanting and you can be eating them in 5 minutes flat. Go! Run to the kitchen!
This recipe is paleo, gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and can easily be made low carb and keto by making a couple simple substitutions! For a keto version, just replace the maple syrup with Lakanto maple-flavored syrup and replace the chocolate chips with Lily’s chocolate chips! I love both of these products and have been using them for years!
