These truffles are so easy to make and super addictive!! They're packed with chocolate and peanut butter and sprinkled with flaky sea salt for the perfect poppable treat! This recipe is gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, and keto!
    Prep Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 1 hour
    Servings: 22 truffles

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    • In a large bowl mix together 1/2 cup chocolate chips, almond flour, cocoa powder, syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, sea salt, and granulated sweetener.
    • Scoop out portions of dough, roll into 1" balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes or until the outsides have hardened a bit (this will make them easier to dip in the chocolate)
    • Melt 1 cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil on a double boiler/bain-marie.
    • Carefully cover each ball in chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
    • Sprinkle with flaked sea salt once the chocolate begins to harden.
    • Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
    • Enjoy! Store under refrigeration for up to a week!
